How to search OSHA violations by company

Start with the company or workplace name. OSHA establishment names are not unique and may be recorded with spelling or naming variations.

Confirm the location. Compare the site address, city, and state before treating a result as the establishment you intended to find.

Use the inspection number when known. An OSHA activity number leads directly to the corresponding inspection record.
